I just got done re reading Fallout: Equestria and honestly thought Littlepip’s Cutie Mark should be telekinesis because she really comes in clutch with it throughout the whole story

But even if that is true I can understand why you didn't go that way, as it would look weird if it was just her walking.
I think I can see Littlepip having that voice. Also, Littlepip's a she :P No kidding, she's indeed a force to be reckoned with even when she only has telekinesis and no other weapons. That Alicorn was a fool, she only used a protection against projectiles, and was feeling so defeated when she realized what shit she was in she didn't even bother switching to something more heavy-duty, something she could do before Littlepip crushed her. Pretty damn good, no argument from me :D
Nice, but it have a gaps: time of the whole action, I guess, should be a little bit longer and here wasn't shown why Pip kneeled. Likewise I need to notice that voices are fitting nice
This is very good quality on your part, the audio is not ideal, but I can't blame you for that. The lip syncing is much better, not perfect, but much improved. One big problem I see is using the walk animation, the character snaps in one frame from stationary to mid-walk without any ease into that motion. I would advice you to try making the characters walk less in a scene, with you animating both the beggining and end of that walk or animating it wholly. I can imagine 2 transparent models where one is with the 'stock' walk and the other is animated frame by frame. Little adjustments in this motion make a lot of difference, even changing a little bit what you have would make it seem much less mechanical. I don't want to be that guy that just points out everything wrong in a content I enjoy, mainly because I know little above average about animation. There noting major here worth pointing out, the lighting and scenery are build very well. You can tell me if this is more self-improvement inspiring or discouraging, I definatelly am aiming for the former.
