- We didn't know it would be our last trip to MD Anderson in Houston. But, we had some good times while we were there. We were still riding the high of "Getting to live life" for four months.

You two really made precious memories through all the ups and downs of this wretched disease, and those are now treasure beyond measure.
We tried, Susan. We tried so darn hard. Thank you.
You were so very patient, sweet and loving to her, thank you for sharing . I hope your doing well.💕
Hey Margo! Thank you. I'm not doing well right now. I'll be okay, but it's "okay" that I'm not okay. I get to have ups and downs in all of this. And these next few videos... I will be down for awhile.
Darrin, you’re right, she doesn’t need makeup. I’m so glad that the makeup made her feel better though, and that was so sweet of you to get her that makeup organizer.
You are always so optimistic and have such a happy disposition, that I’m sure this was extremely helpful for Brittany.
Buc-ees is on my list too.
I like when you pop in to the present and talk with us more.
Thank you for these videos. As I always, I want to tell you Brittany would be so proud of your editing skills.
Your friend,
Julieann 😊
Hey Julieann, don't worry... you'll be seeing a lot more of me filling in the gaps in all of this in the videos to come. No worries. And the organizer was cheap. lol. But honestly, I wish I would have thought to get her one sooner. She was using a literal backpack FILLED with junk. lol. Well... not junk. haha. Her face! lol. And that positivity isn't a show. I am naturally irreverently funny and always finding humor in the weirdest places. oftentimes to her annoyance. But, she learned to love me, I guess.
Yes that bleeding from the gums was very concerning. As you said, probably not because of something stuck where she'd had wisdom teeth removed. Wonderful woman. So lucky to have each other for as long as you did. Life is such a rollercoaster.
Yeah, you're right Blondie. Malnutrition is a nightmare.
Hi Darrin- I hope you are hanging in there and getting along with your life. I appreciate your effort to present these videos, I’m sure this is very difficult.❤
Hey Coco! I am getting along. It's been a tiring and exhausting journey, but God's carried me through. Thank you so much for the support and love!
@@Beyond_Cancer I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Maybe after this wonderful series, you can start sharing YOUR life with us. Your wife was a beautiful young woman and her story should be told, and so should your story of your new life, with all it’s feelings and experiences.
Darrin, Brittany felt loved until the very end❤️❤️. Going through chemo now and it’s so important to feel loved and supported❤️
Thank you, Daphne! I will pray for your healing as well! Right now!
I just found your channel, I follow a few others who are fighting this terrible disease. She’s so beautiful, I’m very sorry for your loss.
Hey Sue! This is Darrin, (Brittany's husband) Thank you for your kind words and love. Brittany and I filmed a lot of videos and Brittany wanted to upload them, and she was able to do so for awhile. But as she got sicker, she wasn't able to post them anymore. By the time she passed away, we were a year and some change behind in videos. So now, it's on me. I'm posting everything we filmed. And there's a lot! And I've got more to go, too! You'll notice on every video I list the date, including the year that the film was taken to help avoid confusion! The one you watched was from 9/20/2022.
The story is wild. God shows up in big ways (sneak back to episode 22.5 if you want to hear why I think you should keep watching despite the fact that she's gone) and God shocks EVERYONE in our lives.
Brittany wanted to touch lives, and she felt called to do these videos, and would often say if she could touch just 1 life, then it would have all been worth it. I hope you continue watching along with us for the journey!
Thank you for sharing another video, stay strong 💪
Thank you, Tawny!
Love and hugs always, Darrin❤
New to yhis channel. She is so beautiful, she just shines.
Hey Ann! This is Darrin, (Brittany's husband) She passed this January this year from Kidney Cancer. We filmed a lot of videos and Brittany wanted to upload them, and she was able to do so for awhile. I hope you continue watching along with us for the journey! We do, get a miracle... a HUGE one. (Episode 80 and forward) It just wasn't quite what we expected. You've messaged me riiiiight at the point in the story where we see God move in some amazing ways! I hope you continue watching!
Brittany you are sooo pretty. I'm so sorry that you are going such a scary difficult journey.
She really was, you know. I do miss her so much.
So glad you took that month and did do video’s.
Thanks, Tammy. Ultimately, I'm glad we did too.
Her hair grew back in, she must have loved that!
Yeaaaaah! I don't remember if she said it in the video or not, but she first discovered it when she was showering, and she had hairy legs or under her arms. She was so annoyed and so happy at the same time. lol.
I really miss Brittany. There is a quiet joy in knowing, she is in the presence of her loving savior.
Hey Pip. I miss her too. And you're 100% right. We get to have that peace, knowing that she is at rest and with Him in Glory.
Hello from Kentucky💙. I just wanted to say, Brittany’s skin is just so flawless🤌.She looks like a little china doll😌. Hugs to you Darren, I’m so sorry.🤍
Thanks Crystal! I really appreciate it! She always had her makeup did. lol. She never stopped wearing it. haha.
Im new to ypur vlog, is Brittany still with us...she is simply beautiful and you are an amazing husband...love and prayers from South Africa❤

Hi Darrin, I am so sorry for your loss, thank you for the below. I am sure she touched many lives and so do you with sharing your videos and precious memories
Thank you, Charlotte!
She passed January 16, 2023
Hey April, yeah... she did. And I miss her with everything I have. But, I take comfort knowing she's at rest in the father's arms.
Good morning, friend, I hope you get over what you went through, maybe it wasn't a mission that fate imposed on you, nothing in this life and by chance, maybe your mission was to take care of the body and soul of your fellow man, may you have peace
Hey Carro! I agree, actually. I think I was perfectly positioned to help her through her journey. And, she was able to connect with a lot of people and help them. She helped me the most, though, in ways that I can't even begin to explain.
Brittany looks so thin but always beautiful. ❤
Joyce, I think so too! She was always stunning.
Cancer is very painful and you are tired alot. I bleeding alot with cancer. I had surgery and I'm cancer free.😊😊😊😊😊 I will pray for her.❤❤❤❤

@@Beyond_Cancer I'm so sorry for your loss. May God, grant you the courage to go on. Always keep her in your 💔 and remember the good times you had together. Cancer is very painful and she is not in pain anymore and she is in Heaven watching over you, your family and friends.
Thank you, Bee.
@@Beyond_Cancer your welcome

Is Britney still with us
Lots of love

@@Beyond_Cancer Thankyou for sharing
I will watch everyone
Lots of love
Does she take Vitamin B shots. That can help a little bit with her energy levels.😊😊😊
She did not, no. It was something we discussed a bit, but she never wanted to add more things to her body if she could help it.
@@Beyond_Cancer when I had cancer I had vitamin B shots it did help me a little bit.
Will you be updating more of the videos over time
Sending love
Hey Michelle! I update videos every 2-3 days, when I can get the energy up. I see you wrote this message on episode 77, so I estimate that the entire journey will be over at 90 or 100. So, we'll see. But yeah, I post every couple days.
@@Beyond_Cancer I. Am starting at 1
Lots of love
Oh no! lol. Well, I will say this, we got better at posting after the first video. Brittany... well, she wasn't super familiar with audience retention and such, and the first video is LITERALLY AN HOUR LONG. So, if you are going to start at 1, take your time. It's a bit of a large bite for a first episode.
