    I'm glad I looked at this before trying to pry my switch down.... I didn't know about the 2 screws..... I'm working on a 08 VW Passat.

    Question: If there is rattling in this area either from the inside or the part taking off at 3:30 in your video, where do you think it would come from, and do you have any idea on how to fix it? Thanks for this tutorial.

    Hey! I found someone who has the same issue with their Audi sunroof that I am having. It is getting worse. It opens on it's own. One time I had to hold the switch when I went through the car wash because it started to open on its own! lol
    What was your OTHER fix? I did not see a video on that.

      I could not find a beige panel to replace mine. I found a beige switch on ebay. I just replaced it and it works perfectly now.

      Yes ! Turned out to be something in the track and when the sunroof hit it, it would open back up
