I think this was something I needed to hear, because for a long time I've wanted to study in Korea but always talked myself out of it and then something sparked in me last year so I'm applying to the 2024 GKS-G and I am confident I will get it! Thank you so much for reminding us that we need to have faith.

@@bontlenawaHey unnie , i wanted to ask you that I want to come to korea gks -u , but I have 70 above percentage in 100 scale, in my 10th grade,11th grade and in 12th grade I have above 90 in highschool. So am I not eligible for gks should I not apply because of this? ; ; please respond I m so confused 😕

Hey Bontle I come from TikTok and I have been following you for a while now and I like you have such a big dream of going to Korea but I am from South Africa and I had been researching on GKS and I have seen that via the Embassy Track for African countries chosen SA ain't none of them so I wanted to know if the Embassy Track or the University Track is easier for countries that aren't on the Embassy Track.
SA is embassy track for the graduate program. For the undergraduate program not a lot of African countries are there but you can apply through the R&D program via university track

@@bontlenawa Oh that's great❤! Are you studying it as part of the GSIS or regular graduate school? There's no IR in Sunchon University tho 🫤 I'm planning to apply to Ewha womans university and Sunmoon university but I couldn't find a good and safe third option!

U can apply in september and you will only need medicals once accepted
I applied last year and failed so since I’m still wondering what was the reason of my failure and that’s the only reason why I’m scared to apply again, I’m scared to repeat the same mistake twice without knowing.
You can never know. No one us ever gona tell you why you failed. So you should let that hold u back from reapplying 🙃

Im so sorry that you failed. I failed to the 1st time i applied and i know you are overthinking why you failed. Dont do that. I bet you were 100% right for the scholarship. Its just not your time. Try for university track but if u still cant meet the deadlines, start preparing for next year as soon as now. Dont forget to tell God your prayers
