Nice one... I've already thought to make it as a contour because now you have to make one rod for every depth and every different kind of disconnecting switch... It would be nice to show or share your toolbars, I've seen some interesting things on your Eplan!
Thanks for all 3D tutorials. I've tried to build up a 3D enclosure and I wanted to attach PS rail from rittal on the left side of the enclosure, between front left pillar and back left pillar. The PS doesn't stick. Do I have to define a mounting area on the pillars? or how should I do it?
Like all your Eplan videos. Keep em' comming. See in your 3d macro project that you have the allen-bradley PLC chassis in there. Where did you get them? Have searched the web for 3d models of those, but haven't had any luck.
@taflloyd: I got it from Rockwell, the STEP files are a bit light but do the job. Again you can request me the Macro project in the EPLAN forum if you like :)
Nice Video. I see that You know a lot of tips and tricks of EPLAN. For example I did not know that holding Ctrl and clicking on 2 points I can get middle point for handle. Maybe You can make one video to show main principle of all those tricky 3D toold that EPLAN ProPanel have. How to join the 3D elements, how to change origin, how to rotate components, etc. I spend 3h until I found how to make all 3D as one element after STEP file import :) Thank You for nice instructions....
Please give me your downloaded eplan macro/part data/created form and one big dificult project drawing in my mail id: aptheanil24@gmail.com Thanks in advance.
Hi all, sorry for the delay to answer @lin2m3 You need to assign a mounting surface to the rail in order to be able to attach anything to it first then you can attach your PS rail. if you can add a small clip to explain what you want to do it might help me better help you :) @Jeroen you can get all my toolbar if you want, in the EPLAN forum, i usually post alot of good shtof there ;)

Hello, nice work! Any option to find center of gravity in Eplan ProPanel?
You can do it quicker. IfYou drag rod-device from navigator, wich has no assigned macro, propanel will ask dimentions.

Define the shaft as an extrusion :)
