I'm pretty sure it's a Bridi Tercel. The vertical stab is completely wrong for a Gentle Lady. Photos and plans can be found on the Outerzone web site.

Thats a gentle lady. Best launched with power cord.
@@stoneenforcer Nope it's not nearly a 2M wingspan and has different elevator and rudder for sure. It's very close and likely heavily inspired by the Gentle Lady
