Thank you! Yeah, I find the turret exploding very overused. When I learned the science behind it, I decided to not include it in this video.

That is a common misconception. The 75mm Gun used by most Sherman tanks was capable of penetrating the German Panzer IV Ausf. H 80mm frontal armor at ranges below 500 yards, and was capable of penetrating it's 30mm side armor (as shown in the video) at ranges of over 1500 yards.
In addition, one of the tanks shown is a Sherman M4A3E8, whose 76mm Gun is capable of penetrating the German Panzer IV Ausf. H 80mm frontal armor at ranges of over 1500 yards, thus cutting through the side armor with ease.
