I remember back when Jackal and Mira came out, I was on a tv just using the speakers and a terrible Xbox mic that didn’t have game sound to it, only used for voice chat, solo queued probably 80-90% of my ranked play doin that lol
Reasons why I only made it to plat once, these days Idrc about playing ranked even with a whole setup
I miss those days, everybody was terrible so you didn't have to try that hard

I miss back in 2018 I had like 10 friends willing to play no matter what time and now only 3 of them would play siege today
all my friends still play siege but they never want to play with me lol so I have to solo q 90% of the time sadly and even when we do play they only hop on for like 2 ranked games before "hopping off" and playing with other people it definitely sucks not having a consistent 5 stack to play with in r6
@completetwix8227 nah I'm on PC and I don't stress it, they're all struggling to get to plat 1 while 5 stacking but I already solo q'ed to emerald and I'm only like 2 games off dia anyways

I sometimes play siege with speakers and solo que... not because I don't have a headset, it was more expiremental, and the difference in game play surprised me. I was less sound reliant, which made my shooting better. I dont know the science behind it, I think when I have a headset on, I'm more cautious with my movement, without headset I'm more confident when it comes to gun fights and roaming. I'd recommend to players who like to experiment with their gameplay.👍🏼

I feel like jaeger and ash are insanely good rn but they don’t need to be nerfed bc from my experience I’ve for the most part mostly only hit headshots so it’s hard to tell.

Speakers with a crazy surround sound setup actually would go wild. You just need a really good mic to not pick it up
That is funny I can’t find a stack but when I solo queue I play on speakers. I played ranked on headphones but like casual and unranked I play on speakers. My stacks get bored of a game to easily.
It sucks having gigabit internet but still getting high ping just because I live in Canada and only get linked to central/west us/south central servers
I've been solo queueing for like 3 years straight, can confirm it's one of the worsr experiences in gaming.
I uninstalled siege again - took 2 seasons off because the smurfing/cheating got so bad and thought it might be safe to come back.
Ubisoft need to stop doing shit like hiding MMR/rank rather than actually fixing their terrible matchmaking.
@Varsity can you stop encouraging smurfing? It's a huge factor in Siege dying, and your copper to diamond must have contributed to smurfs.

Almost 100% sure it's the wolfguard attachment skin. It was from a battlepass a few seasons ago.

So could this hidden skill rating have been put in place to make softwares like Tracker Network, and the likes useless?? Or is it more of a put into place to make the shown rank a participation award type of thing?
pretty sure it’s the latter, the more you play the higher your rank goes.
not sure if this is still true, but I’ve heard the skill MMR is mostly based on your win rate and K/D so trackers are still useful, although if the tracker’s “win chances” feature is based on rank that might be useless
The "your team has x% chance of winning" is definitely broken. Sometimes it says my team has a 99% chance of winning when the other team has a way better KD, win% and average kills per game.
As with everything with Ubisoft they're just trying to hide who you're in a lobby with to make it harder to complain about the dogshit matchmaking.
@@neeldhulipala3378 MMR is based off of the ranks you previously hit, so if you hit diamond a majority of the seasons you've played it will consider you a diamond player and match you against diamonds while also gaining +80-90 elo until you eventually hit diamond (unless you got a major loss streak that lowers your MMR which reduces your RP, until it considers you a "high skilled player" again and increasing the RP you gain)

@@neeldhulipala3378 nope just MMR which is your win ratio basically, so the more wins you get the worse your teammates will be and the harder your opponents while also consistent gaining more RP for each game you win on a win streak as it'll consider you a higher skilled player for playing above your rank

Yeah people do be like that. They buy a high rank or a "high rank" (wait isn't buy sell accounts against TOS with ubi or no cuz most games it is) then if they get a high rank account they then complain they are getting bent over in 3/4 games they play
I have to play solo q with no choice. Because my friends are on console and siege doesn't have cross plarform. Its a bit sad when they tell some great experiences and im solo😞
Depends on what kind of speakers i had, if i had those Dolby surround cinema speakers then 100% I'd go only speakers for the rest of my life

i have speakers with better sound positioning than most gaming headsets i've tried. they're good speakers though so footsteps arent boosted enough to make your ears bleed.

Speakers and a stack is so easy, get l and r on different sides and have base in the middle. rather have some intel than literally none from my teamates
Speakers is easy, you can get complete surround sound with speakers and even crank it up. Only issue is the annoyance you may be to others...but who really cares about that xD haha.
If I rather solo que in any game vs speakers, I mean I already don't have friends to play with so I always solo que in every game I have so nothing would change,
I've also been getting back into ash bc now on xbox she has essentially as much recoil as the t-5. The only problems are 1. Mnk losers 2. People with recoil cheats and 3. Well, I just play(played) solo/solo queue every game in my intirer life, so I dont care, and I think its better because I dont relly on people to have fun. I find a lot of people who say "games are not fun now days" but its not the game, its the conection to his/her friends, I have my friends, almost never played with them, but I dont need them to have fun.

Ash biggest ability is her unhitable hitbox
Iana has the same hitbox as ash but a better ability and ash has a better gun and faster movement so I guess it's just comes down to personal preference.

What helps with recoil for console better angled or vertical grip
Angled doesn't help with recoil at all, it makes it so you can ADS faster. Vertical grip is the one that helps with recoil.
Speakers do surround sound too, and mine are deviously good systems.
Surround sound will never be as precise as headphones when it comes to competitive FPS games
@@VarsityGaming: Not precise sure but better than the base T.V. sound, unless you wanna play intel with Valk and have cameras posted on most parts on entry, or Melusi..she's good without headphones.

I’m P1 in old seasons but with he new season I’m always getting put against Champs, I like the Skill base match making but you’re active rank needs to effect matchmaking at least a little bit because i’m stuck D5 only playing champs

I've been playing solo ever since, can't find anyone to play with. Got some nice strangers popping out invites here and there but all of my games I play solo, not that I prefer it, but it just happens. Quite sad but that's it for me I guess . . . .
