Hi there. Thank you so much. If you’re a 7 1/2 I’d say get a 7 1/2. They are a bit big on me but that’s only bc I range from a 5 1/2 to 6 so I always try and go with the 6 just to make sure I have room for heavier socks if need be. They are true to size though. Hope this helps. 😊
