Can't really expect to make a game for $10 and $100 unless the person stole it or would blatantly end up scamming you. No developer is looking to spend 5-6 hours for $10 or $100, so I'd suggest trying to up the budget. Since I think only beginners accept the offers you posted in the video. No scripter in their right mind would make a game for $10.
