I was made aware of castor oil thru Edgar Cayce about 20 yrs ago. The Heritage Store in Virginia Beach carries the best Castor Oil and they also sell on Amazon. Heritage Store Organic Castor Oil in brown glass. Great little store and selling it since 1969. My facial skin is remarkably wrinkle free and firm. The skin on my arms and legs are crepey free. I am 70 and very happy with my Castor Oil.

Do not use if you have hyperthyroid problem. I start using castor oil every night on my face and couldn’t understand why the diarrhea during the night. Thank you for this video. I didn’t know it has iodine in it, which is a big no-no with hyperactive thyroid. Now I know why my issue all of a sudden

Read the ingredients and find out how it's extracted.. You only want to use that which tests HEXANE FREE..
