I have been a Hello Kitty fan since I was a kid so I am super stoked for this but the only thing i was questioning was the eye shadow palette because the colors are light and nothing jumped out at me so I was debating on buying it. Glad for your review because the shadow looks just like i thought it might, just a little eh. Excited about the rest of the collection!

This might sound strange but I'm most excited by the lip care set, hehe! I don't own any lip scrubs and this looks perfect. I'm torn about everything else - I agree with you that it's just OK product-wise, BUT it's Hello Kitty :) Would you perchance be able to comment on how similar (or not) the Hello Kitty glitters are to those from the Sailor Moon collection (pink/purple) and the Anna/Elsa Frozen II collection (white/gold)? Same question on comparing the peach blush to the Sailor Moon blushes. The colors look like they may be close to identical, in which case I can save some money and some angst :)
Love the look you did this may be a pass for me I’ve way overspent on Black Friday and bought the whole PR melt beetle juice collection and Kylie grinch collection I need to do a NO buy for a while cute though!😊❤️
This palette seems really close to the Huda Beauty Pastel Obsessions Lilac palette, and a bit like the Norvina palette by ABH, only being Colourpop the Hello Kitty one will definitely be much more affordable :3 Might be a good dupe for anyone who doesn't want to spend as much! =)

The licensing issues are because there’s already very cool HK products under other company’s licenses there. We’re not able to buy those, and now they’re not able to buy these. It’s sad that we have to divide like that...
