Thank you for this in terms of shining light on men struggling with mental health issues as well. A lot of times men are told in the world and the church to "man up" or "suck it up" and to say that we are genuinely struggling I usually hear "just have more faith, spend more time with God because you are the leader of your home".
I feel women have such a powerful voice for men in this time we are living in because society will listen to women more than men right now when it comes to advocating for men in mental health.

Great ..struggled with depression and anxiety (male 😊) went to Christian retreat (for one afternoon !😮) on last day of sick leave and someone prayed for me (medication continued) ...but my first day at work I hit the ground running ....I thought was God giving a 'pick me up' ...but the effects didn't wear off ....I'd changed somehow ....Just know you are loved .....medical advice/ help absolutely ! and someone you can confde in ...for prayer 🫶🫶🫶🙏

Not that it matters but please know the Roman catholic church changed the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday.
I attend church on Sunday but I also know the truth, life and the way and that it's about dedicating a day to God every week and trusting him and allowing him to restore our temple and fill our cups. It's a relationship not a ritual.
Words mean things and the deception within this fallen world and beast sytem goes far deeper than most of God's people know.
You have the eyes to see and ears to hear but please don't focus any of your attention on the enemy.
Continue to focus on God and think predator thoughts because your Shepherd can immediately vanquish any lion that comes roaring around. The enemy is now the prey because of your faith and God.
Your authority comes from Jesus and your faith, obedience, humility and love of and fear of God. Amen.

the best healing i experienced was a very long prolonged fast,(weeks, no food).. the cells in my body completely regenerated as i trusted God for the power of His spirit to bring me through, He did, and it was wonderful. then to achieve a very similar level of health breakthrough (when eating), i found the carnivore diet. eating plants was ruining my health, too many chemicals that naturally occur in plants. eating only animal based foods was a major game changer, not just for me, but also for thousands who do it for solution to serious health problems, as well.
