PRAYER TO OVERCOME OBSTACLES (Powerful). My Holy Father God, today I come in your holy presence, to Kindly ask you for your divine help, I do know that I am a sinner, living in a sinful world, but I also do know, that I do not belong to this world, because I am a born again believer in Christ, a child of the Most High, as written in 2nd of Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new”. Thus, we are called to be holy, because born again believers do not practice sin, as confirmed in 1st John 3:9, “No one born of God, makes a practice of sinning, for God’s seed abides in him, and he cannot keep on sinning because he has been born of God”. Indeed, your holy word shows us very clearly that your true children are born again, who in turn do not practice sin, therefore holy they become. My Almighty Holy God, all goodness and knowledge come from you, thank you for revealing me the wisdom of your word. As of today, I want to confirm my commitment to not committing willful sin, by not making willful sin a practice for my life. So my Holy of Holies, I Kindly ask for your mighty help, to help me to overcome temptations and willful sin, as well as all life obstacles that are on my way, to live in holiness with you my Holy Lord.
My Mighty Lord, please feed my mind with the right thoughts, and my heart with the right feelings. Setup my mind to live every day, every hour, every minute, as if it was the last one, to produce good fruits, good behavior, good thoughts and feelings. Because what purpose has someone who thinks he has all the time in this world, wasting opportunity after opportunity that you my Holy Lord has so graciously given to him to do what is correct? My Holy Great One Father God, please wake me up, and do not allow me to continue walking without obeying your word. Indeed, your holy word shows us very clearly, that we must cast out all unclean thoughts, so when we are attacked through evil thoughts, a simple command with faith like saying, “my Lord God Jesus rebuke you”, will do the job. But the problem is that most of us are not doing it, allowing dark forces to wipe the floor with us, and all because we are not obeying you, not enforcing the authority and power of Christ in us. Thus, when we allow such behavior to continue, then we are making the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus in vain for our lives. Because what value has to have power and authority given to us, if we are not using them? What value has the blessing of producing good fruits, if we are not producing them? What value has to say we are followers of Christ, if in reality we are not following him? Are we really pursuing holiness? Are we really loving others? It is an easy thing to speak with our mouth, but a very different thing, that a holy and lovely behavior speaks for us.
My Almighty Father God, please open my eyes, do not allow me to continue sleeping, so please wake me up. I do know, that I cannot allow evil powers, to win the battle of thoughts in my mind, because every committed sin, is committed first in the thoughts, therefore it must be stopped in the mind, before this one produce an evil fruit, which in turn is a wrongdoing, a willful sin. My divine Holy Lord, there is so much to do, so many good actions, so much love to give, so much holy doings to do. Please make me aware all the time, that I must use the power and authority that my Lord Jesus has so graciously given to me, as confirmed in 2nd Timothy 1:7, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind”. My Almighty Lord, please feed my mind with holy thoughts, as written in Philippians 4:8.....
