This week James Clayton sings CATALOGUE ARIA from DON GIOVANNI accompanied by Tommaso Pollio.
Catalogue arias are common in opera, listing places, people, dances etc. This aria is the most famous on the list, where Leporello catalogues Don Giovanni’s conquests, particularly impressive in Spain where the total is 1003.

Wonderfully animated. I’d like to see more WA And Australian singers and full operas on UA-cam just like you see performances from overseas. If they don’t put themselves out there, they won’t be seen by the international community.
