  • Due to popular demand I have worked on some UCAT 2022 decision making questions to work through with me live. Pause at the start of each question and try them! The questions are being collated from online rescources and from the mentoring sessions I host 1 to 1 over discord.
    If you want the chance to have a FREE 1 to 1 with me, comment anything on my short and I'll enter you in. After the contest is over, I'll be taking people on a premium service to provide much more added value than a generic UA-cam video can do.

    hi i was just wondering if. you thought the ucat exam ‘lagged’ at all because on medify the system usually has a rapid response but on the offical practice test it was lagging so bad. i was also wondering if your actual score was similar to what you were averaging on medify mocks

    • @scotmed9577
      @scotmed9577  2 роки тому +2

      No it didn't lag for me half as much as the official mocks did, they sucked haha

      I noticed this too and I was unable to use the ‘flag’ shortcut. Also, on Medify, the quantitative reasoning section is 36 minutes, whilst on the official UCAT mocks, QR is 31 minutes.

      @@scotmed9577 also does the calculator work better in the exam coz on them mocks it was so time consuming/hard to put down a point as in like ‘4.02’

      @@orange1510 not in my experience. Maybe it's specific to test centres but I think on the most part it's a lot smoother!

    Hi!
    Throughout my practise questions on different platforms medentry/medify/tutoring each one gives a different answer to this question. If the stem says i.e. "Chris likes all mountains" and one of the options are "Chris likes some mountains" yes/no What would the answer be? My tutor from medic mind said it would be yes because it IS true that he likes some mountains but the explanation on medentry states that it does not follow because the stem said 'all'. It seems like this example comes up quite a lot so i'd like to know the correct way to answer. THANK YOU

    also, I have 4 weeks to go until my exam, and I am starting the revision now, is that enough time?

    • @scotmed9577
      @scotmed9577  2 роки тому +1

      Yeah, just make sure you work hard for it. 4 weeks is probably the lower end of the time scale I'd study for but worst case you can move your exam back for free. I did that.

    Wouldn't the first 2 statements of the syllogism be no? I dont think that there is enough info to say that all mathematical proofs without colour are not diagrams, there could be some without colour that are diagrams. If it said only mathematical proofs with colours are diagrams I think it would then be yes

    • @tahmedhassan8469
      @tahmedhassan8469 2 роки тому +1

      Its kinda hard to explain but the possibility of non coloured mathematical proofs being diagrams is not ruled out
