    Sir what is the answer of the case you present? it is FACE VALIDITY sir? thank you for your response sir

      It should be construct validity which examines whether the measurement instrument (the self-designed questionnaire) accurately assesses the theoretical construct it is supposed to measure, which, in this case, is job satisfaction.

      @@SolomonGetachew Thank you for explaining each concept so well. Following on from your response here, doesn't construct validity need numerical scores? The case study says evidence was not provided. I would rule out face validity due to its lack of in-depth analysis. Wouldn't that then leave content validity as the most suitable? Thank you
