Why am I mesmerized by this? I think it is the yummy looking food, but mainly it is the artistry, dedication, and hard work. It's mass produced but individually attractive food. I know the Egg McMuffin I get looks nothing like the picture on the menu. This food does. Well deserved success for this business.
