Allowed po ba magchange ng car color? Db kung ano po ung nasa ORCR dpat yun yung color dapat. Hndi po ba magkakaissue sa LTO? Are we violating any rules?
Nope...i had my car's color changed...you just need to furnish a certificate of clearance from HPG Highway Patrol Group @ Camp Olivas ti make sure your car doesn't have criminal records to justify why you wanted the color changed. Once you have that certified you can change ur car color and present that certifucate everytime you renew your car registration in LTO.
