Mathematically, at level 5 of each skill, W has a total dmg of 250 + 135% bonus AD scaling for AOE damage on a 7.5 sec cd. Q has 150 + 100% bonus AD scaling for SINGLE target damage on a 4.5 sec cd. Assuming you ALWAYS reset Q's cd whenever you use Q, that brings the cd of Q to 2.25 sec. If we normalized both skill to a standardized dps value, W has 33 + 18% bonus AD aoe, and Q has 66 + 13% bonus AD single target. So conclusion is max W is as good if not better if either it is hitting two or more targets or Q is not resetting for each Q cast.
I was factoring in the JG clear. It's a lot faster because W only deal 70% dmg on Monsters. Also, I mentioned AA cancel with Q, meaning Close Range Cast (150% AD scale). W definitely wins in Champ damage and if you are playing Mid Talon but in JG, I really doubt it.

You should have taken Graves's blue buff after killing him early on. Fuck the scuttle! Scuttle gives shit gold and shit xp since they nerfed it like a year ago.

I really think 1st skill should be prio for levels. It gives bigger damage and faster JG clear, given you always use it to AA cancel. Try it out.
