Mundo is a copy of Hulk, from the early days of League. He even have a preview beta model of a Doctor that didn't make the final cut. I'd like to see that better represented with the rework, a new story for him on how he got that new appearance. For his face, I'd like the F face with a short haircut. Mundo needs to still look dumb. For me, it's not that psychopath but masochist. And I'm sure he is like that because he doesn't even feel pain. I don't feel like he really needs a full VGU.

I think what they did to fiddle was good, but I’m sure some people probably miss the old goofy fiddle sticks. But mundo should more or less be the same, just slight additives. Don’t change him too much.

I will always love themes and archetypes of League champs. Nothing is really black or white and some are known archetypes but twisted around. Like Lux is typical "good girl" from high class and young magician learning her own gift. On the other hand she is breaking the most important law of her country and her family keeps it as secret. All the ups and downs of high class. How it goes with mundo? He is Frankenstein. As scientist AND the monster. That's cool twist and i want to see it evolve in this rework!
Honestly, I want em to keep the look of Mundo but change his abilities. He was so unique and he was the reason I got pulled into LoL. I saw his splash and then I decided to play him. I got stomped that game and I felt I can't play him so I left him, but after returning for years of not playing, I was able to appreciate him more.

Volibear was good too. Sucks ass for Zilieans Chronoshifting Disease but anyway. They over work the entire Lore. So you can't have some standalone Champion Lore anymore. They need to be part of a bigger Picture. baby hulk Mundo who feels no pain and could hulk smash everything while also using his own shit as some injecting drug can't be used anymore.
while i do understand that the champ might be a bit boring i think that there NEEDS to be some champions that are simple and easy to play for newer players and those who are not good with mechanics (not me i swear) to have a good an healthy skill cap just my opinion tho ps: great video omar , glad to have you !
Plus, there ARE a lot of people that find him fun. He's also very iconic to league of legends. He creeps in and out of the meta and like you said, new players can also play him because he doesnt have a well of text for each ability. Im gonna miss mundo
Honestly I rarely play melee champions and whenever I see Mundo's face I am like no, I will never pick you until you get reworked. I think the face K is the best one of them all and the best "path" would be Biomenace Mundo and Experiment Mundo. I believe the final product is going to look like Pantheon's rework.
They should make him like a malph or something. Basic engage and fight abilities with like a a jumping cleaver smash ultimate that would either ground enemies or knock them up. Or both. Like if they grounded the enemies closest to him and knock up the ones towards the end of the radius.
Aside from being the hyper-regenerating, cleaver-throwing masochist mad doctor/experiment he is, he is definitely the dumb joke champion of League. I really hope they don't change that aspect of his and make him more of a buffed-up abomination with edgy characteristics and a sort of evil persona just for sales.
