- Today’s Life Question of the Week comes from someone who has been engaged in a protracted court battle with her ex-husband over spousal support and wants to know how she can move past this situation and gain financial freedom for herself.
Next, Michael sits down with Brother Ishmael Tetteh. Brother Tetteh is an internationally-renowned indigenous spiritual leader, teacher, mystic, and author of over 30 books who, for over 40 years, has devoted his life to the transformation of human consciousness through the principles and Laws of Nature, and has developed tools and technologies that show us how to live harmonious lives filled with joy, purpose, and peace. Brother Tetteh founded the Etherean Mission in Accra, Ghana in 1987, which now has three locations across Ghana plus a new location in London, England.

What a delight to see Brother Ishmael. I used to attend Etherean Mission in Accra, way back in the late 80s. I used to play guitar there. I've got tears in my eyes. He's a spiritualist and a computer scientist, too.

I remember one of his speach at Agape probably 2003 , The theme was water that was connecting us all .At 80 % water ourselves we are a water treatment plan propelled at 70K miles/hr in space was his words , so we should stop worrying .Always loved Ishmael Tetteh

And this little analogy, Michael, helped me to know that I am here on the Earth for a spiritual reason that has nothing to do with the exterior conditions of my life. I'm a Black American and this has been amazing to see thoughts that I have already had and felt be repeated here. I had an experience where I was falling out with christianity because it did not sit right with me a lot of the teachings and things I saw going on in the church just felt straight up wrong.
When I was going through that spiritual battle of losing my faith. I deeply still wanted to believe in something even as a child I told my Christian fundamentalist grandmother there was good in everything and was completely shot down being told it wasn't in the bible.
So at that time I did not want to give in to nihilism. I knew it was false. But when I was reaching out through the internet trying to find community with people who dealt with losing their faith like I did but many of the people I was seeing at first were just straight-up nihilist. So one day I just prayed and said that "show me there is more to this life and everything isn't meaningless."
And after that I started having detailed dreams about the future and I woke up remembering it all to minor details and I felt a deep inclination to tell people around me about it mainly my family.
And because of it not only did I witness those miracles my whole family did. I am so grateful for that moment and so grateful for this podcast it gives me hope and confirmation, much love! 🫶🏽
