Ive own a pair for a couple of years now, same color Great for weight lifting, but horrible for jogging. Theyll keep slipping off or your feet will just start to hurt. Overall great pair of shoes for the gym or CrossFit lifting.
@@BrockCovington are you also a size 10 on Adidas stan smiths or continental 80s? If you happen to have them. Im planning to buy online so i wouldnt really know the fit
Yes, this is great stuff Brock! This is how you do a proper shoe review, people! #NikeMetcon5
Big thumbs up for this kind of review!
Great review, keep up the good work man:)

They are still my all time fav. I’ve purchased 3 pairs of them and now I can’t find em anywhere 😩😭
Great review my man! Now it's time to grab some toe shoes and see how you like those haha
Griffin Kelly I’m down 😎
have you noticed the rubber outsole separating from the top half?
Slightly yes, but not enough to actually separate and impact performance
@@BrockCovington cheers
What about running?
Great review! Do you use any lifting shoes like the Nike Romaleos?
Jacques Huynh yes I have the romaleo 3s!
Thank you for this! I’m so late on this review but how are the side soles doing? Just got a few and hoping they last for my heavy lifting days.
Mine haven't worn at all, at least not noticeably
Would you say these are true to size? Just a pair and they feel ki nda snug. Is there a break in period?
Nike shoes always fit a little snug but I wear my true size of 10 and they’ve broken in a bit. No issues after wearing daily for almost 3 years
have you ever used the shim that comes with the shoes for squats to make them more like a dedicated squat shoe?
You could definitely do that but it wouldn’t be as stable as a Romaleo or other squat shoe
Can you run in the treadmill with these? Would you say they are good for that too?
I wouldn't run longer than a mile in these
Would you be able to do HIIT/plyometrics moves in these? Thank you:)
Yes, great for plyometric or athletic movements!
Good for running?
400-800m at most
@@BrockCovington how about jogging in general for cardio?
@@SPORTS-ct9ot I'd use running shoes
@@BrockCovington thank you
Sizing?
I were a size 10 usually and went with a size 10 in these as well. They tend to run true to size

@@thelistener3911 I don't own either unfortunately
