Hey ara Again soothing and relaxing video is thrre on my phone i was lately very busy with my exams but now its over and i have too started journaling and i am too very sensitive too caffeine when i feel lazy or sleepy during exams or any work that i have to do i drink coffee in afternoon or evening and i could not slepp like till 2 i just roll on my bed and beg my sleep to please come to me i will not drink coffee i promise... hahaha you know when my exams were going on i was like please one day leave on Fridays and whenever i open my phone i get a notification ara land new video but i just cantrol myself and study 😂....my funny story thats all and good to see you and shine always like a start 💖💖

Hi Ara :) when I was younger, such as in my teens up to my early 20s, I wasn't sensitive to caffeine. I used to drink it for taste, it did not really keep me awake or anything like that. I could drink it at night and still be able to sleep at my usual sleeping time. But as I got older, I got sensitive to it somehow. And even though I thought I was only drinking it for taste, when I would go days without drinking coffee, I would get withdrawals. I learned the hard way that I was still letting my body get used to having so much caffeine. Nowadays, I only have it 1-2 times a week, but I still love coffee a lot! I love how you talk about your thoughts in your videos. It's so nice.

If you like drawing, making tables, or writing, write down the memorable moments of your day in a notebook.
