The Optimus Prime really looks good it's just the head and the hands and a lot of black parts that could be changed but overall this is a good model but I think you should try to revisit this to make it look a little better😊

Yeah the hands and arm joints are black because they don’t make clip pieces in dark blue, and they don’t make the 1x1 piece with bar in red. As for the inner shoulder, I have those pieces in red, but I chose to keep those black because I was basing this build off of the actual optimus prime lego set, and the set has windows in those spots which is what the black pieces represent when in truck mode. As for the head, at the scale i’m working i’ve come up with a few different heads, but none are quite able to capture the details I want (this would be another place where a dark blue clip would be great)

You should look on the internet for some heads look for Optimus Prime because on my mark on Optimus Prime I normally use the same head

My only advice would be to put a lego grill on the front of the vehicle form just to give it like a radiator protector type of look.
