Before you start these football drills or soccer drills for kids I want to address three important KEYS for dribbling success.
1) Use your laces or toe when dribbling forward. It's more natural and will allow you to run with the ball quicker.
2) Dribbling with your body, not just your feet. Focus on getting lower to the ground especially when you are changing direction or protecting the ball from opponents.
3) Whenever you have a chance in these soccer drills to improve dribbling practicing moving with the ball at top speed. If you can practice sprinting with the ball it will be natural in the game.

You can and will improve your dribbling very quickly if you do these drills consistently. Try to do them everyday for 1 week and I think you'll be surprised at home much your dribbling skills but also your fitness and confidence on the ball improve.
The quality of your training is more important than the quantity. It's better to practice these drills with short bursts at top speed than spending long periods of time at a slow pace.

hey Dylan, whenever I practice alone I usually feel more confident and a better player than when i play with my friends or in a game. any tips on helping?

That's me during practice with team vs playing games with my team. Idk maybe because the pitch becomes more smaller:overcrowded and lack fitness
nope, its mentality i used to be like that, while ur practicing, think to build stronger so ur mentality won't even get destroyed if a whole stadium watching

Ya I was almost like that then had to work and didn't play for 4 yrs and took a huge toll on me

Hey Dylan I've been struggling with a hamstring injury for over a month now almost 2 and although the pain isn't as bad as when it first happened when I run or try and play I feel pain and pulls and I can't seem to be able to play comfortably do you know of anything I can do to speed up my recovery?

Ronaldo doesn't dribble with his body...a big tall tree is exactly what he looks like when he dribbles
Idk if I was dribbling there I think it would be rough because the first drills
I might of saw the ball bumping a bit or the grass or turf has a bit of a bump

I need help. I used to be a good dribbler, but somehow lost all my confidence and now when I get to a defender, I try to get past them but end up getting the ball taken off me. What do I do to improve? Should I practise reflexes, dribbling...and if I do, will this be likely to make me become better?
Dylan, thanks for the video, what do you think of listening to music while individually training? I think 2 things
1) it is kinda boring while dribbling alone tbh and I think you can agree with me. I feel slower because I have no motivation other than getting better but it's honestly so boring after about 20 mins. Music will help you push and motivate you
2) you won't have music in the real game so shouldn't you just train without it as well? In the and your motivation is the fans and coaches and you're a bit nervous, but while dribbling alone there is none of that. Should I listen to
Music or should I not because I am not playing in the game with it?
Overall I must say that you're dribbling to get better and music will help you to motivate you and push harder. If you are doing those dribbling drills with or without music it shouldn't matter because you are just getting better and pushing your self more. I really want your input on this. +Scrazy Fifa I use music especially when I'm running, but you can do that too. But if you really wanna push yourself you can do both with music and without, but motivation is your reason, and if you can't see it when you're training, just do it and you will be satisfied after you're done training. Pele, he was one of the greatest, if not the greatest player, when he trained, he didn't listen to music, no technology was around. You see?

+Scrazy Fifa There's not much of a difference it depends on what music. Some may get you hyped as an extra motivation. Without it you can still focus. You just seem to be not passionate about improving and dribbling. Build the passion. People who need motivation from their surroundings all the time are the ones who don't finish top. Don't be lazy be your own motivation. Music is not a big deal so stop getting so sensitive over a little thing. Go out and train, not find excuses
I also do listen to music I'm training alone. Just like you said, it just pumps me up and makes me keep going harder! My suggestion would be yes! Listen to music if it helps you!
+Santo Gigante okay dude I'm in one of the top academy's in the country, I'm not lazy trust me... I am my own motivation which is why I'm training by myself after my club training. It was just a simple question that you have not answered so I will leave it for someone else to answer but I see what you're saying.
