I have been looking into OA, I know they give you training but was wondering do they give you a travel agent certification, or is the training just to show you how to book trip?

No certification. They offer training and you can qualify for a CLIA card once you reach $5k in commission.
Does they have deals that leave from Jamaica 🇯🇲 to theses destinations?
That is a great question. I think because these particular suppliers are US based, they might not have any coming from Jamaica. You can try checking the sites or look for international based suppliers.
