@Rick B, along with his incredible guitar skills, I always thought Gary had an incredible voice for blues also. I personally would say rivaled only by the late, great Greg Allman of the Allman Brothers Band.
You can tell that Dolly appreciated every second of this with her smile. Wonderful reaction and I love that y’all appreciate it so much and the improvisation.
That tone.... Sweet Les Paul singing out in his masterful hands. It still gets me. I got to see Jerry more opening for Rush forever ago but I was just too young to really appreciate what that meant at the time. Thank you and respect to Uwe for such a great choice of song and performance.
Hey thanks for reacting to this. Gary Moore was one of the top five greatest guitarists underrated ever. He brought thin Lizzy alive when he was playing. We lost him way too early. Whenever you think of stank face guitar playing think of Gary Moore. Lol
Gary should have e played the Apolo in NYC. He would have had shoes, bras, chairs, panties, and everything you could imagine thrown at that stage. That's how the crowds in Harlem show their appreciation for good music !!!
Try, "One night in Dublin. A tribute to Phil Lynott" Gary does all the vocals but most of the members of Thin Lizzy make an appearance. It's an awesome concert.
If you're really interested in Gary Moore, check out some of his Thin Lizzy performances, such as the 1978 gig in Sydney Australia. His guitar solo is unbelievable.
Even though I always tear up because I know that this is the song my mother have chosen that she will be burried to I love it. Nice to see that you react to a different version of the performance than other chose. Note: "He does not need to sing" ..yeah, that's because he makes the guitar sing instead.
Gary Moore is to the Les Paul what SRV is to the Fender. He is an absolute master of that guitar and that thing totally wails in his hands. I’m glad that you guys picked up on his vocals too as he was an amazing vocalist. In the 80’s Gary went through a hard rock/metal faze and his vocals back then were just as good if not even better (Shapes of Things is a great example of this). Thanks for the reaction guys.
Great song, well chosen :) But there`s an even better liveversion from 1990, already reviewed to by your buddy`s though. "Military man", "The loner", "Oh pretty woman" are some other songs you should take a look at. Then do his whole catalog :))
Good Reaction Guys but it DOES get better than this 90% superb version. NOW watch the video with 76 MILLION Views to see Gary's definitive version. It;s PERFECTION...
Gary Moore had one of the best blues voices out there. I think he was very underrated. He's definitely in my top 10 great guitarist of all time.
Blues is not my style, but that guy was a f***ing *LEGEND*. One-off, unmatched. You have to acknowledge genius when you see it.

Gary was unique in how he was a true Blues shredder. While there are many great Blues players, very few can use the level of skills Gary brought.
One of the best guitarists I have ever had the pleasure to see live. Absolutely immense. RIP Gary.
Let us all get on our knees to bow for Gary Moore...what an epic guitar player he was! R.I.P. Gary!
Love watching your reactions to Gary. He is missed. So under rated.
You can tell that Dolly appreciated every second of this with her smile. Wonderful reaction and I love that y’all appreciate it so much and the improvisation.
To see the pure enjoyment on your faces is something
The one and only Mr. Gary Moore, there will never be another one...
My guitar hero 🙏👍
Gets me emotional every time. I never forgot Lady J.
This and the Loner are my all time favorite Gary Moore jams. He was such an amazing talent.
The guitar, his vocals and facial expressions get me EVERY TIME!!!
Great reaction guys!!!
no words for this ... just 10/10
Northern Ireland's finest. Sadly missed.

Sorry, but as much as I admire Gary as a guitarist the ultimate line up for me was Lynott, Downey, Gorham and Robbo.

Great reaction guys! Mt. Rushmore of rock has him on it.
Thin Lizzy, boys are back in town, one the best guitarist ever!
he didn't play on that song
Saw him live 4 times - the master RIP
Thank you for not crapping on mid song! Gary deserves better than that, as do we. Glad to see your enjoyment...

RIP to the GOAT.....
This is absolute gold!

Sounds like the guitar is crying right out of the gate.
Got the pleasure to be raised to his songs
You guys are lovely people❤
Check out the Song Out in the Fields with Phil Lynott with Gary Moore, You'll love that too.
Thank you Gary
Gary was such a great guitarist, it was almost as if his guitar was doing duets with him. God rest his dear soul.
If you love the blues and guitar react to Alvin Lee’s “Bluest Blues.
Alvin Lee is also very often underrated and overlooked.
LET THERE BE ROCK, LIVE AT THE RIVER PLATE!!!

You gotta resolve that tension at the end!🤣🤣🤣
Kirk Hammett bought his Greeny/Moore Les Paul at auction for a reported 2 million dollars
Was very great...like it...
Absolute legend RIP Gary
Dolly is a definite doll!
Cheers!

Gary transcends any genre.

So sad about Gary, if only he could have been more comfortable with himself.
Do yourself a favor and read up on the history of that guitar.
