А если просто припоять кабель USB и подключить к компьютеру будет работать? И в этом случаи нужно ли поять конденсатор 470мкф 10в ? Просто мне нужно не посредственно с компьютера питание подать,чтобы исключить лишние .т.е включил компьютер и всё включилось

Maybe, the external fonte don´t have current enought, to work fine, wath is the cam model?

@@eternizafotoevideo876 That was the problem! The power adaptor dropped it's voltage a lot. I swapped it for another one and now it works.
