Its for turn order, so it didnt messed up, for example your dps moving before the def breaker, which would lead to less dmg, less dmg = longer run. So if you could tune your speed, the dps will move after the def breaker, it will boost the dmg significantly, thats why usually the deff breaker move first

Yes. The golem will cut you off. The trick is to kill the mid boss before water garuda moves. So you must need to get your kyle and lyn stronger plus atleast 85% accuracy on bella.
