cool video... everyone interprets the relationships differently and there's nothing wrong with that. that's why they would never commit to saying definatively one way or the other on whether or not Xena and Gabrielle were just friends or lovers. they left it open to each persons own interpretation... and personally i have known a couple people who love unconditionally.......
she loved them all in her own special way...but the one who loved her for her was Gabby and that....and only that is why it works between Xena and Gabby

Directed at some previous comments. It's very sad that you can't see unconditional love, that for example many mothers have without a thought for their child, it's just there. Believe me some of us men are capable of it also, no thought, no analysing it, it's just there.
I dont really agree with this. Gabby was disgusted by Xena's dark side. Not saying i wouldnt be too just saying. Gabrielle loved the good part of her and Ares loved the bad. They each only tolerated the other side. Had Xena suddenly started killing innocent people Gabby would have left her. Had Xena suddenly settled down to never fight again Ares would have been bored with her. Neither loved her unconditionally and in reality no one loves someone unconditionally. There is always conditions.
Ares rocked so much and so did Kevin Smith. And I love this song, it always touches something within me.
