Cutting of thick walled profiles. 200 mm wide; S= 15 - 20 mm.
Profile is being milled beforehand on a working centre, and finally cut on a hydraulic cutting machine (15 Hp), with straight movement over linear guidings.
Sawing Gap opening cycle for cuting without burrs.
Minimum Waste because of good exhaust system connection.
Waste removal in waste bin, To be integrated with an input Side magazine.
Clean cut, just by touching the profile for first cut (0,05 mm)
