Big cats i want to see in planet Zoo: - ocelot - serval - asiatic lion or barbary lion (ik barbary lions are extinct but they still live in zoos) - european wildcat - bobcat
The best group and so underrepresented, just like the canines-almost 200 animals and we don't even have a jackal, but a bunch of goats. XD I really hope we get the ocelot and serval next at least What do you mean, thank you, Frontier, for the barnyard not having a cat? It was the worst selection of animals for a pack ever
It is of course fair if you want to see more cats and dogs. But calling them underrepresented is by far a stretch. A cat in the barnyard animal pack would have meant a domestic cat breed. That is the last thing we need for our zoo game. But I agree, the Barnyard Animal pack was not put together in a good way
@@AndersSalamanders We currently have only 14 species, which, of course, is underrepresented. If you really want a wild species, you could consider the Scottish wildcat, as it would provide a good connection between wild and domestic animals and highlight the issue of hybrids. However, I see no problem with including a domestic breed. We have only domestic animals in that pack, so why is a pig acceptable but a cat is not? I have seen more cats in zoos than pigs, and they have much greater diversity in fur and color and interactions. Additionally, which animals are more popular in zoos, and which ones do people recognize more quickly: the African leopard or the taiga? Honestly, I think the wishlist is one of the worst things that has happened to Frontier. The majority of players and potential buyers of the game don’t even know about the wishlist, but they know what a jackal or a Nile crocodile is, and it’s much more likely that these are their favorite animals than the takin. Including some lesser-known animals is, of course, fine and can even be good at times, but when so many well-known ones are missing, it makes no sense.

@@AndersSalamanders AAAAAAAAAAA
What we really need are pinnipeds they did this group of animals dirty by just adding 2 species into the game
Wouldn't mind a few more
What’s a pinniped? (I know I could google it, but I’d rather find out from someone who cares a lot about them enough to mention them 💙)

canines next?
Could be. I will probably wait and see what the next DLC got to offer, before I decide on a topic
we really do need more canines instead of another goat
