I was super excited to see your review of this particular card holder… mainly because I was looking at getting it for use as my every day card holder, for 4 CC cards & 4-5 business cards. While the stitching might be fine as a casually used business card holder, suitable for my inside jacket pocket… I don’t see this thing holding up to any daily use of pulling cards out and especially placing them back in. Super bummed on that stitching, especially seeing the stress it showed after minimal use from your review. I absolutely have enjoyed every Bellroy product I have ever purchased, but I would rather not replace them due to issues like the stitch unraveling. (I actually have re-stitched a few of their bi-folds :/ )
The review is great as always, the wallet is fine, the price is just as outrageous as I'd expect from Bellroy. I really dislike them... Fine materials, fine deigns, disproportionate pricings that I feel effect the market, as other sellers see they can charge top dollar for their "alright" products.
I like a couple of Bellroy designs but I just can not justify their prices for such a thin sheet of leather. There are far better ones for cheaper or around the same price that justify the price. Is not just the $69 to have it in my country purchased directly from them or bought from Amazon where they are usually +$99USD.
