There's a scientific reason behind this.. That Pihu was not scared from the beginning but ruchi was so it could be a thinking perception.
And also another reason, Pihu first looked at her phone and then at the mirror but Ruchi looked directly at the mirror so the candle's rays got reflected onto the mirror dispersing the white light. Whereas Pihu kept the phone down after looking at it. So this could be there.

Let me explain what had happened
So see when we are in the dark for a long time and than we go in light than our vison is blurred and we can't see properly so when she closed her eyes her eyes became used to the dark and when she opeaned her eyes at once she saw her own image in the mirror but it was blurred so she thought that it was something else. And in case of pihu it didn't happend because she was not a bit sleappy and her mother was a little bit sleepy. When our brain is in like a semi-sleep state it plays games with us that's why almost all of this challanges are done it night 😁😁
AND I think pihu first saw mobile rather than mirror, so its the other reason that pihu was not scared but ruchi aunty was.... Pihu's attention towards mirror was not proper whereas ruchi aunty was focusing on mirror
But that vision of our eye's will not be recorded in camera but if you see the Ruchi aunty face correctly then u will understand
