- Hi Everyone! This vlog is dedicated to the CHANEL 24A 2023/24 Métiers d'art Collection. I was invited to the see the preview of the Chanel 2023/24 Métiers d'art collection in London, the day before it launched in the UK. Chanel has launched the 2023/24 Métiers d'art collection in the UK for the first time since it is heavily inspired by the energy of Manchester, pop culture, the infamous Hacienda nightclub, 1980s vibrancy of colour and of course tweeds that Gabrielle Chanel first designed and produced in the UK. The 2023/24 Métiers d'art collection is an ever-youthful combination between Chanel and Great Britain and the focus on tweeds and colourful tweeds at that, is what makes this collection so desirable. Manchester is known as the cotton hub, the home of the rag trade as well as the city that drew thousands to its famous Hacienda nightclub therefore the city is renowned for its influence on 80s indie, house and rave music, therefore fittingly, the preview was showcased in Phonica Records vinyl store in Soho, London. Manchester is also home to Manchester City and Manchester United football teams and the Chanel 24A collection play homage to their house colours and use of long scarves and beanie hats. In this vlog I will show you all the details of the pieces in the preview, including ready-to-wear, bags, shoes, jewellery and accessories.

Chanel is like Dior in that their runway presentations might be underwhelming. But when you feel and see and the clothes up close, they are stunning !!! ❤❤❤.
