I've been siting through mack's rumblings for almost 6 years. Never missed a second. If you can't sit through that and absorb every morsel he throws out, you probably won't make it. I complain a lot but the patience needed to do this successfully is INSANE. So ya, forwarding through 7 minutes is going to hurt you in the long run.

Hey thanks for the recap Mack. Question! I took the 2nd entry short at video time 21:14 around 2:13 CST which obviously failed. What do you think my mistake was as it looked like a good short at the time?
Hmm… I’m a little confused on why you didn’t block out some time for the 1:30 news? I mean, I see that you blocked it out up until 1:30 but I thought that we’d want to stay flat until at least 2? Dang… I saw that big measured move and I wanted to take it but thought it would be breaking the rules if I did… now I’m REALLY feeling the FOMO. Lol 😩 *sigh* I guess that’s the name of the game, you win some and you lose some. 😅
FOMC days often turn into FOMO days for me until I am reminded by your insights, once again, to follow the rules and not look back. Thanks!

Bad signal bar, acceptance by 4 bars being able to close above the EMA, there are other reasons too but not appropriate for a youtube comment lol

we really only worry about high impact news the speakers on the news items don't really affect the market at all
