Loved camaros since I was 7 or 8, almost 46 and still my favorite cars. This one's color is very interesting.. If I ever built one I think I paint it candy Apple red with a black rally stripe. Long live the camaro in these uncertain times.☺

Its really hard to tell from this video, but whoever built this spent well over $100k on parts alone.
Check out the link to the BAT page and the 400+ photos. Personal design choices aside, this is objectively a very nice hot rod.
Im not going to point it 'small flaws' because I just like checking out other peoples bad ass toys. I would do burnouts in that thing ALL DAY.
(torque arm rear, watts link, fabricated 9", etc. BADASS)

Here is a description of the car provided by Street Dreams of Fredericksburg, Texas who built the car for the current owner:
    The Maximum. Road & Track Credibility 650 bhp-Camaro Z28.
Based on a matching-number rust-free ’70 Chevrolet Camaro Z28, this restomod represents the car you ever dreamed of. A Camaro looking just original but with the heart of the Corvette Z06, the direct injection / dry-sump / EATON-supercharged LT4 6.2l SC engine with 650 hp @ 6,400 rpm and 650 lb-ft @ 3,600 rpm. And the famous T56 Super Magnum 6-speed manual transmission. ZERO miles (except for testing) after 6 years of many 1,000 hours of work.
Regardless of costs, this beauty has got everything:
    - Front/rear suspension and subframes from Chassisworks
    - Axle housing, 9” center section, and axle shafts from Chassisworks
    - Limited slip differential (Detroit trutrac rear)
    - VariShock coil-over shock absorbers, adjustable
    - Wilwood brakes with brake bias control
    - Hurst shifter
    - Custom carbon drive shaft
    - Oil cooler from Mocal
    - High performance clutch with adjustable throw-out bearing
    - Custom made fuel tank / headers / radiator / condenser / intercooler
    - Air condition from Vintage Air
    - Forgeline wheels with Nitto tires
    - Sparco seats and steer wheel (with quick release)
    - Roll cage
    - New instrument cluster and Dakota digital gauges
    - New wiring harness
    - Relocated battery with external shut-off switch
    - New chrome trim, re-chromed bumpers
    - Endless more…
The owner has spent in access of 275,000 $ to get this dream for street and vintage racing. Now he is ready for the next project…

wow nice engine, build. in my opinion wheels are a weird choice for this high end a car. rear tires are what 50's? and look skinny. its got a cage and 650 hp but no mini tub? and what tranny is it? the shifter is in stock position, is this a 4 speed Muncie mated to that engine? no way. has to have t56 with shifter position mounted forward?

observation : It looks like a "fixed-up-car". Nothing more. The video is definitely freshman.
