That's awesome man! I'm a junior at NCSU and I've had some outside factors keeping me from getting a good summer in. I may also check in to the TME training and see how it goes this time around
I'm transferring to Cornell for the fall. How should I go about trying to walk onto the team for track and field? I'm looking to sprint 100-400m, but I assume the process is the same.
I would reach out to Coach Durant who is the Head Coach of the Track & Field team. He oversees the sprinters and would be a great resource to help navigate the process. His email is on the t&f page. Best of luck!
Thank you for the info man! The calculator in the description is super helpful, I’m training to do the same for my school. Good luck in the future!
Glad the video helped! Best of luck in your training

Christian Medina awesome, much appreciated.
Awesome video! I would also lile to know how a week is structured. How many hard and easy days are there... etc.
A workout and two days easy( easy, easy plus strides) followed by workout is the routine
So you did them in the coming months So yanks are time travelers I see
