KassuPalen a simple thing people dont understand is that u score points in the contest to win. u can go big u can go a huge manual or transfer or anythin, but how many points do these things give to you?when in that period garrett drops 5 or more tricks in the same line especially complicated and tech ones. garrett just knows how these contests work. otherwise he can drop bangers. we've seen him do some pretty serious stuff, but thats for youtube videos not for a contest. do the maths
yeah i know how judges give points usually based on speed style consistency and tech and sometimes how the crowd acts too but there was many other good contenders who could've won aswell
not that the other guys didnt ride good. they were all mindblowing. but garrett was better at the points. theres a reason why we dont see him throw big lines chained with manuals or big ass 360s. they lose tricks and points. and imm saying all this because ive been watching garretts progress and feats in the bmx scene, and u cannot underestimate him. he is one of the best,if not the best. clear as fuck complicated tricks one after the other. if the other guys played like that too,it would be a whole different story bro
Harry Ford that's Pual Roberts ex racer for diamond back and bicycle union rider for a lot of years and he worked for ride bmx in the 90's to 2006 he's a dude but don't give two fucks when he dose the comps cos they mainly dub over him like when he dose xgames

Dakota Roche run was the best. Fast, powerful run. No low speed manual lines that are lowkey boring to watch.
Street riding is so tedious.
