I did. Pie filling and I tried to pop all the little bubbles tiny ones but even after processing there were tiny bubbles 🤷🏼♀️but they all sealed and I did quarts and the other recipe I used said process for 27 for my elevation🤷🏼♀️so many different instructions I hope mine are ok
Canning is a learning curve for sure. So many different recipes and instructions to try. I have learned over the years it is definitely a trial and error process. Good luck with your pie filling.

Do they keep that crunch when canned? I have a cherry tree and this will also be my first year
Canned cherries don't really keep their crunch, but they stay plump and juicy and taste wonderful.
