Excellent tutorial, Alicia!!!
Thank you!! 😊
Good tutorial. I'm a little confused as past videos on lasering photos used a black background (granite or painted surfaces) due to negative imaging, 150-300 dpi, and exported as a bitmap. Why so different on this? This is also a black surface where you just want to etch the surface?
great tutorial, may I know what photo editor apps you're using
Hi there!
We used both Corel and Photoshop in this tutorial. Both programs should be marked in the timeline so you know which is being used where. :)
You can use any photo editing software you’d like to, though, as these functions should carry over!
It would be very nice if you could/ would offer a written step by step instruction sheet on the process. It was well done, but moves really fast and hard to go back and forth while actually trying to do it.
Hey there!
Thank you so much for your feedback!
We will take this back to our marketing team and see if this is something we can put together going forward. :)
CO2 130 watt can cut glass I believe
You are correct - sorry we misspoke in the video! With enough power a CO2 can cut through glass, but is still not recommended due to how easily it could fracture.
