I listened to this video when I took a greyhound back to New York from Toronto 3 years ago. I chose the greyhound because I didn't have a lot of money as a student, and it took me 10+ hours sitting in a car. It was so exhausting and tiring. I also have a problem with sitting in the car it makes me dizzy. After a night-long bus trip, I finally got to my little apartment in New York and took a quick shower I was ready to sleep. Yet I was so dizzy and a bit sick I couldn't really fall asleep, and my heartbeat was fast. It was this video that cured me. Latte kept saying "everything is going to be fine" in this video. I felt like she was talking to me in person. I finally getting relaxed and before fell into sleep I heard she asked "Do you trust me?" I was like of course. Thanks to your video I had a quite nice sleep and felt so much better when I woke up. She didn't only make great sound effects but also very was very gentle. Without it, my bus trip would be 10 times tiring. Now I can afford flight tickets, yet will never forget how your video cured a tiring student who didn't have a lot of budget on transportation. Thank you very much Latte.

@Hans Von Heckle Oh, I believe she just has daily life anxiety, I'm not a doctor, that's what I call it though. It is just being prone to having break downs are more stress then someone else would who doesn't have anxiety. You can be born with it, or have something happen to you causing it.

I think a good portion of it is all of this drama online. electronics are not inherently bad, but the stuff on it is what worries me. Coming back home from school, then going on electronics, people who are widely hated post something and kids get so worked up about it. Kids shouldn't have that much stimulation in there life. Getting so angry and upset. Kids who are online and happen to be LGBTQ or black are being exposed to so much more hate and people insulting them. Kids are very impressionable and being told you are bad whenever you go to your phone which you go on a good portion of your day is very unhealthy for you. These people who are hating have the safety of the internet and not going to confront whoever they are hating face to face, making them feel strong and continue on with it. Not to mention the easy access to horrid news like shootings and bombings and murder.

You can really tell she's having fun with this one. She has this genuine bright energy that is sometimes lacking in her later work, where you can sometimes detect a feeling of burnout. Lots of creative story framings for various triggers. Truly one of the great masters of ASMR content.
A year later from when she first started ASMR. Latte improved so much in a small amount of time, it’s amazing! She must put a lot of effort into her videos.

@Hans Von Heckle Oh, I believe she just has daily life anxiety, I'm not a doctor, that's what I call it though. It is just being prone to having break downs are more stress then someone else would who doesn't have anxiety. You can be born with it, or have something happen to you causing it.

I think a good portion of it is all of this drama online. electronics are not inherently bad, but the stuff on it is what worries me. Coming back home from school, then going on electronics, people who are widely hated post something and kids get so worked up about it. Kids shouldn't have that much stimulation in there life. Getting so angry and upset. Kids who are online and happen to be LGBTQ or black are being exposed to so much more hate and people insulting them. Kids are very impressionable and being told you are bad whenever you go to your phone which you go on a good portion of your day is very unhealthy for you. These people who are hating have the safety of the internet and not going to confront whoever they are hating face to face, making them feel strong and continue on with it. Not to mention the easy access to horrid news like shootings and bombings and murder.

I mean it is their lives so I can't do anything about it but people who really suffer from anxiety or other illnesses can not get to speak about it because of these people. You can really tell she's having fun with this one. She has this genuine bright energy that is sometimes lacking in her later work, where you can sometimes detect a feeling of burnout. Lots of creative story framings for various triggers. Truly one of the great masters of ASMR content.
