How would you bend character in front? suppose a golf hitting pose.. golfer is standing and then bending to hit the ball, how will you rig that from front angle? Because every character rig i see always bends to the either side but never in front.
Hi, thanks for the amazing course. I just wanna make sure about one thing. The full body rotation looks smooth in this preview, but when I checked the final result of your course I can see that all the body parts jump a bit when you rotate the character. Should be like that or I'm missing something?
Hi, any updates about the course? This is the course I'm waiting for, as I never waited for anything else :) Please make it online - doesn't matter where.
@@backwoodsanimation I've been in the animation business for 25 years, and I'm saying this with all my sincerity: YOU ARE THE BEST. I do hope you will be happy whatever you do in your life!!! Thank you very much!
thanks for nothing! where were you 6 months ago when I started rigging a bunch of characters??? Jokes aside - awesome tutorial. The squash and stretch addition is awesome! Hadn't thought of using it like that! Keep up the great work man!
I'll check out your course for sure. I would be interested to find out how you manage the files not getting too heavy for AE and also maybe managing multiple rigs in a scene.
Better late than never. The layers aren’t too bad and most of them are actually control layers. Using limber for the limbs helps keep layer count down and putting all body turns and head turns on one layer in Ai helps too.
Scripting is just too laggy for me to ever get interested in 2D rigging. I’ll just do it in 3D with 2D shaders. Different look, yes…but much more pleasant to work with.
Awesome tutorial, great to have you back
Thanks for watching. It’s good to be back!
Thanks you make ut look so easy awesome cant wait for the next one
