Watch our Britax Boulevard ClickTight Car Seat Review Here: ua-cam.com/video/YWxLGXgpQAc/v-deo.html
Extremely helpful. If only the manufacturers themselves could be so clear. Thanks!
I just purchased the advocate. The strap covers do not have the honeycomb feature. I called Britax and they said the newest model have a style change and no longer have that honeycomb design. My manufacture date is 01/2020.
Smart wise and safe that's how your child should be when you know he or she's safety comes first.
We couldn't have said it better ourselves!
The finger test is outdated information, the pinch test it the best way to check harness tightness. Great video and loved the information provided for comparison on these wonderful seats. -CPST
Just ordered the advocate with the coolflow hope is a Bentley 🤣
Haha! It is an awesome seat!
An awesome seat! The baby girl I nannied for had this one!!!! It’s a great seat. we tested it out in their house during my shift with her and she seemed very comfortable!
This was SO HELPFUL!! Thank you!
Wellll that sucks. I didn’t know there were more safer versions over the marathon.
But also my marathon has the honeycomb on the back of the impact absorbing pads.
I have been reading about cool flow and cool N dry, is one of these better in practice? And how much additional safety does the ARB provide?
I have read that the buckle strap is very short on these three models which causes the straps to sit in the wrong place or cut into the toddlers' legs. Do you have an insight into that issue?
The crotch buckle on these do not have an extended length like some other car seats. If that is something you are looking for we would recommend the Clek Foonf (it does have a learning curve to install) or the Chicco Nextfit has a deeper seat and is comparably priced to Britax. Let us know if you still have any specific questions.
Gracias! Thank you!!
You're welcome!
Hi can you compare britax advocate vs britax one4life
Hi! Yes we will definitely see if we can do a video to compare the Advocate and One4life!
Do you think one of these could be used on a plane ride?
Yes it looks like they all can. We looked up their manual and it states "This child seat is certified for aircraft use. The FAA recommends that a child weighing up to 40 lbs (18 kg) use a certified, harnessed child seat while traveling on an aircraft. Contact the airline about their policy prior to traveling."
How long can you use all these
All of these can be used rear facing until kiddo is 40lbs (or 49” tall). They can be used forward facing until kiddo is 65lbs or 49” tall. And they all have a 10 year expiration. :)
@@SF-pe3qf to instill perspective here as well, I nanny a 3 1/2 year old (almost 4) who is 31 lbs and is 38 inches tall. still has a bit more room to grow with rear facing and I seat him rear facing
Are the pads interchangeable between the advocate and boulevard?
Unfortunately no, each car seat has pads specifically made for their design so it would be unsafe to interchange them.
Hi! How does Nuna Rava compare to marathon and/or advocate? Thank you!
Each of these car seats are amazing. Here are some basic features that we love of each!
The Rava:
-Easy installation designed to reduce error
-High rear facing weight capacity
-Steel frame and SIP pods for added safety
-Comfortable breathable fabric
-Multiple recline positions for perfect riding comfort

Where can I find a experiation date on advocate
On your car seat (most likely on the serial # sticker) there should be a manufacturer date. The Advocate has a 10 year expiration. So just subtract 10 years off the manufacturer date.
Britax doesn't put expiration dates on their car seats only the date of manufacturer. Expiration dates are in the manual. But yes 10.
I just bought the boulevard but it doesn’t do the click and safe
Kelly M click and safe was fazed out of these seats because it was unreliable and it sometimes “clicked” too early, which gave parents a false sense of security when the straps were actually still too loose. You should always use the pinch test at the shoulder to check for tightness! :)
@@SF-pe3qf nooooo I’m bummed about that!
Do they all come with a rebound bar?
renee skoyles Hey! Great question! The Advocate is the only one with the anti-rebound bar included. The Marathon and Boulevard have an option of using one but that is purchased separately. You can find it here : www.babycubby.com/britax-anti-rebound-bar-for-clicktight-convertible-car-seats/
The boulevard now comes with it as an option. Just make sure it has ARB on the box. It’s usually an extra $30.
Don’t buy this car seat. It rattles like crazy. I sent a video to customer service. Britax response is “that’s normal”
Oh no! I'm so sorry about that! Did you purchase the car seat from us?
@@TheBabyCubby unfortunately I did not. Just wanting customers to be aware of the issue and lack of support from the manufacturer. Thanks for checking
Did you tighten the lack from the lap and shoulder belt prior to closing clicktight?
@@hannahscott6604 yeah it’s the headrest on the baby seat which rattles, especially bad when it’s in a position for a taller child
