Weverse Shop officially recalled some lightsticks due to malfunctioning parts I believe! I would check your emails if your lightstick isn’t working because you can get it exchanged if it falls under certain criteria!!
I’ve seen a lot of people on TikTok and Twitter that their lighstick doesn’t turn on, and it only beeps. The same thing happened to me. I just got mines last week and at first it turned on and then it would turn off 3 minutes later. Then I used new batteries and it would only beep. I changed the batteries AGAIN and it turned on. Idk if something happened during the manufacturing process but a lot of them have turned out malfunctioned 😭
yeah weverse told me just to change the brand of batteries and that was the only thing that worked for me :/ i agree.. i think if multiple lightsticks are like this maybe something happened in manufacturing or the design

Apparently this issue has happened a lot!! Everyone had the same issue of it turning on, turning off and then not turning back on again. Thanks for uploading this video cause I tried it with Duracell batteries and it now works!

Can someone help I’ve only used it like 2 times and I pushed the 2 buttons on the side that lower the thing but the moment I did that it didn’t work and same for my sister and now it won’t turn on but it makes the noise when it’s supposed to turn on
I have the same issue with my MOA Bong. :( I tried with Energizer batts and it still does not light on. I am just waiting for the Duracell batts I ordered online, hopefully it will work. *fingers crossed*
@@chocowinter no, it didnt. Please check weverse announcement, theres a huge defective batch and my moa bong was included :( they gave a serial number series, maybe yours was included too.

i can get mine exchanged but the thing is idk if we have to return it with the box or just the lightstick by itself (ofc excluding the accessories)

my lightstick won’t stay turned on for more than two minutes before it turns off. after you changed your batteries brand, does yours stay on??
Wondering aswell. I’m letting mine charge overnight. Hope it works but I’m sure it’s not supposed to be like that right 😭

my lightstick when turned on would only be the color red, all the other color won’t show up somehow, please does anyone know how i can fix it ??
