Just in the event that nobody has answered this question in the past four years the answer is the first OAV series - episode 1 or 2. It is when Tenchi first awakens Ryoko and they fight in the school. Totally classic episode.

Well since the show is over for good. (OVA 3 closed it but still made you say WTF) But Tenchi can't handle Ryoko. He's more princess pain in the butts speed.
After universe and TMiL, Tenchi is swept into Haruna's world in TMiL2. At the end of TMiL2 it eludes to them ending up together. Shin Tenchi Muyo - ep26- Ryoko and Tenchi are discussing recent occurrences. Ryoko said she would forgive Tenchi If he kissed her. He would have done so if Washu hadn't shown up... You can draw the conclusion that they ended up together some time after that incident. In the OVA There no no evidence of romantic involvement of any kind between them...
