Great video to explain things. The only thing I do different is using a custom propane burner to start my fire. I’m not a fan of starter chemicals in my smoker. It usually takes an hour to come up to temperature.

It gives you the option to push heat over to the left side of the cook chamber if needed.

They are not. We build them both traditional and reverse flow. I personally prefer the reverse flow
