I was reading the Pentecostal scholar Dr.Gordon Fee today, he gives a good case that Paul used the term "word of wisdom" as a borrowed term from the Corinthians from 1 Corinthians 1:17 that Paul deliberately didnt preach the gospel using because they didnt have the Spirit then. i checked it out and the Greek words are the same. Fee says the word of wisdom is "the recogition that tge message of Christ crucified is Gods true wisdom". and in a footnote he equates Pentecostal so called "word of wisdom/knowledge" as revelation (1 Corinthians 14:6) which is probably a better description of how it comes.
