DIY Popsicle Cuffs...keep those hands from freezing!

My kiddos often get frustrated that their fingers freeze while eating popsicles.....so I whipped up a stack of these Popsicle Cuffs and keep them in the silverware drawer, ready for use! The cuffs are made from fleece, so they're plenty cozy....and they come together very quickly. Definitely a project even a beginner can whip up!
